Private House Interior & Landscape Design
Concept
PN HOUSE was conceived as a home that bridges multiple generations within a single family.
Rooted in ID Architect’s vision of a “common ground,” the project celebrates interconnection and flow — both spatially and emotionally.
Entrusted to SA-ARD architects for the interior and landscape design, the approach embraces simplicity, continuity, and warmth.
Natural light, subtle textures, and material consistency allow each space to unfold seamlessly into the next — creating an atmosphere that feels calm yet alive.
Interior Design
The interior was designed as a neutral backdrop for everyday life.
Soft greys and natural wood tones cultivate tranquility, while minimalist detailing adds quiet sophistication.
Every junction — from concealed wall joints to seamless cabinetry and indirect lighting — was precisely refined to let material honesty and proportion take center stage.
Connection & Flow
Connection defines the spatial narrative.
The three main building volumes are visually and physically linked through a central courtyard and reflective pool.
Dining, living, and kitchen areas open toward the garden, allowing daylight and greenery to become integral parts of the interior experience.
Landscape Design
The landscape extends the architectural rhythm outward.
Softscape elements — vertical trees, clean lawn edges — complement the linear geometry of the building.
Meanwhile, hardscape surfaces align with the interior flooring to achieve a seamless indoor–outdoor continuity.
SA-ARD Perspective
“For us, this house represents a balance between serenity and connection —
a space where different generations coexist not by conformity, but by harmony.”
